This March, Krya Global is bringing young innovators to the international stage as we travel to Singapore for the Innovation Exchange ft. Singapore Invention Convention (SIC) 2026, taking place from 25–28 March 2026. The program brings together creative students from around the world to showcase their inventions, exchange ideas, and explore how innovation can address real-world challenges.

Organized by STEMIE Singapore with Krya Global as the Indonesian collaborator, this event celebrates the spirit of invention and entrepreneurship among young people aged 5 to 18 years old. Participants will present their innovative projects, connect with fellow inventors, and receive valuable feedback from judges and mentors.

A Platform for Young Innovators

The Innovation Exchange is more than just a competition—it is a collaborative learning experience. Students are encouraged to think critically about problems in their communities and design creative solutions through science, technology, engineering, and innovation.

Leading up to the in-person event in Singapore, students take part in a series of virtual incubation sessions on 16, 20, 23, & 27 March, designed to help them refine their ideas. These sessions guide participants through important stages of the innovation process, including:

• Project sharing and introduction to invention documentation

• Brainstorming and problem identification

• Preparation of display boards and invention pitch videos

• Project showcase and pitching rehearsal

These preparatory sessions help students build confidence and prepare their innovations for the international stage.

Highlights of the Singapore Program

Once in Singapore, participants will experience several exciting activities that combine innovation, collaboration, and cultural exploration. Some of the key highlights include:

Inventors’ Check-in and Booth Setup
Students will set up their exhibition booths to display their invention projects.

STEM Workshops at Temasek Polytechnic
Participants will join hands-on workshops where they can deepen their understanding of STEM concepts and innovation practices.

Judging Circles
Young inventors will present their ideas to panels of judges and receive constructive feedback that can help improve their projects.

Singapore Exploration
Beyond the competition, participants will explore the city, including a visit to Gardens by the Bay and its iconic light show experience.

Awarding Ceremony
The event concludes with a celebration of the participants’ creativity, recognizing outstanding innovations and inspiring future inventors.
